The ambient light sensor of Brightness Intelligence Plus Technology detects ambient light levels and the color temperature in your viewing environment and automatically adjusts on-screen brightness and color temperature for your viewing comfort.

Soothing warm white LED light is emitted when the color temperature of ambient light is warm – when our eyes perceive yellowish white light – while cool white LED light, which is optimal for productive work, is emitted when the color temperature of ambient light is cool – that is when our eyes perceive bluish white light.*
*Sometimes when the luminance of light is intense, such as on a very bright day, we may not perceive the bluish white light of sunlight.
