Daisy Chaining
The HANNspree HS272PDB is a daisy-chaining enabled display, allowing you to extend your notebook’s screen across several displays using DisplayPort output for a multiple monitor setup.

“Daisy-chaining” is a term that describes the ability to connect a series of monitors to a single video output port on your computer or docking station. This has the benefit of reducing clutter on your desk and simplifying cable management. The new daisy-chainable HS272PDB monitor has both a DisplayPort input and a DisplayPort output. The DisplayPort output connects to the next downstream display. This cabling arrangement, with one DisplayPort cable between each set of monitors, provides a less cluttered system configuration.

Verify that the video or graphics card (GPU) on your PC supports the Daisy-Chaining functionality.

Vivid Images with Ultra-Wide view angles
The Touch monitor HS272PDB features a 16:9 aspect ratio LED-backlit panel with a 178° ultra-wide view angle that minimizes color shift on both horizontal and vertical planes to ensure quality visuals from almost any direction. It delivers improved color accuracy plus increased energy efficiency.

The HS272PDB uses a 178°(H) / 178°(V) ultra-wide viewing angle panel that eliminates color shift from almost any direction and in nearly every angle.

PIP and PBP Dual Screen Functions
The HS272PDB offers a PIP (Picture In Picture) function which allows you to watch images from two different sources at the same time. One source device is displayed on the main screen while a second source device is displayed in a smaller inset window. You can also display picture from two separate sources equally with PBP (Picture By Picture) function, which divides the screen in half. The output from two different source devices can run simultaneously, side by side.

The PIP/PBP function may not be available depending on the specifications of the graphics card used.

USB Hub for easy connections
USB HUB allows user to conveniently connect their plug&play multimedia devices such as USB webcameras, storage devices, peripherals and many other accessories which have USB connection available.

NOTE that many devices like cameras and HDD may need to be powered On independently, as they have higher power requirements than the monitor USB HUB can provide.

Anti-Glare treatment
The HS272PDB mounts a non-glare screen reducing eye fatigue by reducing reflective light that otherwise makes the screen difficult to view.

Further to this also the bezel of the monitor is matt to prevent light reflection.

Speakers & Headphones
The HS272PDB is equipped with stereo speakers, for clear audio that sounds like it’s coming from a high end stereo system. The speakers deliver a true stereo effect for an enhanced listening experience, especially when displaying multimedia content during lessons, therefore removing the need for external speakers.

With audio earphone output, users can connect an external headset to the monitors as well
